Students completing the business and culinary programs recently combined efforts to sponsor a Business Dining Etiquette Luncheon as a final course capstone project. Students enrolled in Business and Information Technology researched business dining etiquette and planned and presented to class members and guests.  Students from the Culinary program planned, prepared, and served a five-course meal.   Business student Amanda Taylor said, “This was a fantastic way for both programs to work together, and I learned valuable business etiquette tips that will benefit me in my future.” Teagan Hernandez, Culinary student, said, “This project was a great capstone.  We not only planned, prepared, managed, and presented a complete five course meal, but actually created a fine dining room and practiced customer service skills.”  Guiding and advising this project were instructors, Jon Buller, Culinary, and Lisa Fuller, Business.

This project served as a career major-completing capstone project for the following students
Business:   Amanda Taylor, LouAnn Rojas, Miriam Renteria, Janelle Collins, and George Williams.
Culinary:  Teagan Hernandez and Alondra Sankey.
