Satisfy Your Entrepreneurial Urge - Invest in Real Estate
Is Real Estate Investing right for you? In this course, you will be exposed to some basic financial concepts and strategies to allow you to start investing or exploring new properties. Topics include: creating wealth, interpreting your financial statement, assets vs. liabilities, understanding debt, looking for deals, cash flow, managing tenants, Landlord Tenant Laws and understanding tax laws. Call today to enroll in this great class that can help you decide if the real estate market is right for you! Join us beginning on September 15 or beginning on October 22 for this great class!

Advertising on Facebook
Advertising on Facebook is a 6 hour course designed to help you promote your business through its own Facebook Page. Your Facebook Page is an extension of your business. It’s an easy way to share updates and more with the people who matter most. It’s ready to help you engage your customers. Be sure that you know how to use your business’s Facebook Page to your advantage. Topics discussed will include how to connect with customers, how people find you on Facebook, and marketing activities to customers. Be ready to build a Facebook Ad during class and discuss its impact at the following class. Make social media marketing work for you! This course begins on August 20 and then is offered again beginning on October 26.

COMPUTER FLEX HOUR – Customized One on One Training
The class features the Microsoft Office Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook.  Plus, other challenges that you may have on computer process can be addressed. Classes will be offered on Tuesday evenings to give you more flexibility to learn the skills you desire. 
ADDITIONAL 4 week sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings.
You can enroll in a class with the flexibility to learn more about Microsoft Office Suite and additional subjects while managing a busy home and professional life.  The class scheduling is convenient!!  You may purchase two-hour blocks of time and use them any time during the scheduled lab throughout the end of the time allowed.  Classes may begin at your convenience.  An instructor will work with you in the class as you progress through the programs at your own pace.  You can focus on your specific needs and requests.  Textbooks are available to be used in the classroom. Consider taking advantage of this tremendous opportunity with our instructor Phillip Schrahl who has the experience to lead you through all these subjects with expertise and skill.  If you have any other computer training that is needed, (JUST ASK), we will be happy to accommodate YOU.

Basic/Intermediate Cake Decorating
Get into the cake decorating spirit with our basic cake decorating class. Learn the skills you need to impress your friends and family by mak-ing cakes that everyone will love to receive. After completing the basic cake decorating course or the cake pops course you are now ready to further you talents with more borders, basket weave, and roses just to name a few. You’ll be able to decorate a cake for any special occasion. Basic Cake Decorating begins on September 3 and the intermediate class begins on October 22. Enroll in one or both of these great classes!

Cake Pops/Baby Cakes
What is more adorable than a cupcake - cake pops! Have you tried them? Come learn to make baby cake style pops and barkerella style pops. They are fantastic treats, for parties and fancy enough for adults. You’ll learn tips, tricks, and recipes. The fun starts on September 24.

iPhone Photography
The best camera is the one you have with you! If you have taken a basic photography class then you know that’s rule number one! If you have an iPhone and decide to leave your ‘good’ camera at home (or accidentally forget it) do not fear. Your iPhone can be a useful photographic tool. In this class you will learn how to better use your device to take stunning photographs. You will learn lots of tips and techniques for great photog-raphy with your iPhone. Users with the iPhone 5s, 5c, 5, 4s and 4 are welcome. Users with the iPhone 3s or 3 are welcome as well but additional apps will be required. iPad 2nd generation or newer are also welcome. iPod Touch users will also benefit from this class. This class begins on September 3 and again on October 12.

General Welding/Welding Certification, TIG/Stick
Through the combination welding class students will develop the skills needed to work on home or industrial projects across the country. Stu-dents will learn how to put in a root pass with GTAW (TIG) and fill and cap with SMAW (stick). The students will be able weld on various types of metal. Students can also train with stick electrodes to qualify for oil field industry. With these skills students will be able to obtain a job on many industrial projects such as: Power Plants, Petrochemical, Pipeline, Refineries, Ethanol Plants, Oil Field Industry, & Manufacturing. With additional costs students will leave with an ASME or API certification after completing the program. This class begins on September 3.

FLOWER POWER! ~Silk Autumn Flower Arrangement/Christmas Arrangement~
In this fun and inspiring, hands-on workshop, artist and floral designer, JaNae Barnard, will teach the basic fundamentals of silk floral design. Learn practical tips and easy tricks to creating permanent floral arrangements. Each participant will leave with a striking fall table arrangement that will bring enjoyment and warmth to the home or a Christmas Arrangement, perfect for your table! Class includes materials, supplies, and 1-1 instruction. Join us on September 15 for the Autumn Arrangement Class or on November 17 for the Christmas Arrangement class!

T-Shirt Rag Quilt
Do you have a pile of t-shirts that you just can’t part with? The objective of the T-shirt Rag Quilt course is for students to acquire knowledge to begin and possibly complete a rag quilt from T-shirts within the class time frame. Methods of cutting, fusing, and quilting individual T-shirt quilt blocks will be demonstrated. You will cut, fuse, and quilt individual T-shirt blocks. Techniques for assembling completed quilt blocks into a quilt will be demonstrated. You will assemble completed quilt blocks into a quilt. Plan to attend beginning on September 2 and perserve your memories for a lifetime!

Art/Painting Is For Everyone!
This class is for anyone who is interested in developing their artistry and is taught by Debbie Haggard. You will be concentrating on painting but everyone is welcome to choose a different form of artistic expression and will receive individual guidance and assistance as well. You will spend some time on the fundamentals of art such as composition and perspective while working to develop your skills as an artist. You will plan to com-plete 2-3 paintings per class, but recognize that each person works at their own pace. Join us on Monday or Wednesday nights!

Beyond the Basics! ~Essential Oils~
Essential oils are so much more than nice scents. Learn how Young Living Essential Oils can empower you to dodge harmful chemi-cals, energize your life, reduce stress, and so much more! Classes will include an intro to Young Living Essential Oils, Beyond the Ba-sics, Hormones, Weight Loss, Healing Oils of the Bible, and Going Chemical Free. Come discover lifelong wellness with Young Living Essential Oils! Two class sessions are offered for your convenience! Join us in Fairview Tuesday evenings beginning September 1 or beginning October 6.

Junk Garden Art
Garden art made from scavenged, thrifted, recycled, repurposed, and junk items. Beautiful pieces of unique art made from everyday items that otherwise would be thrown away. Items made are everything from wind chimes, to flowers, to creations from pallets. Old things made useful again and better than before! The instructor Debbie Wanker is a country wife, mother of seven and grandmother of over a dozen grandchildren and a farmer’s daughter. Born and raised West of Fairview, her family is very artistic. “What I do is create art from farm junk or items that would otherwise be thrown away. I enjoy thrifting, auctions, garage sales, gardening and creating things to beautify my space without spending a fortune”. This course begins on Monday, September 21.
